Dropbox

Dropbox is free cloud-based storage to transfer files between your ipad, computer. You can also access your files from the internet when you use Dropbox. 

Cloud-based storage means that your files are technically stored on Dropbox's servers via the internet. All file changes are synchronized on every device you download Dropbox to, so you always have the most up to date version of each file. 

Make sure to download and install the Dropbox program from their website for your computer to make Dropbox fully functional.
